Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Meta Platform policies and GDPR
You can request deletion of all data associated with your social media accounts connected through Rui Codex AI Solution. Follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Data

Log in to your Rui Codex AI Solution account at RuiCodexSocial.premiumasp.net.

Navigate to Marketing → Social Planner → Connected Accounts.

Click the "Disconnect" button next to the account you want to remove. This will immediately deactivate stored tokens and stop all scheduled publishing.

To request complete deletion of all your data, send an email to privacy@ruicodex.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
What Data Is Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove:
User account & profile
Access & refresh tokens
Scheduled & draft posts
Analytics & event logs
Uploaded media files
Connection records
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted.
